The circus theme was an excellent compliment to some of the crazy sideshow hair on display in both the nominee photos as well as the attendees themselves!
Ringmaster Bill Rowley hosted the gala evening of awards and spectacular segments of circus inspired styles, hair creations and fashions sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional and Matrix.
